YOGA 2/3 Explore & Consolidate
Explore and Consolidate
Yoga 2/3 is for experienced students.
Refine and consolidate your mastery of Yoga with our advanced class. Guided by the wisdom of B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar and Dona Holleman this class is designed for students seeking to deepen their understanding and embodiment of this transformative practice.
You can expect: Philosophy of Yoga, Techniques of Asana (Yoga Postures), Pranayama (Breath Control), Methodology:
This class is suitable for experienced students with a strong foundation in yoga, free from major injuries, and committed to the ongoing journey of self-discovery through the 8 limbs of Yoga.

YOGA 2/3 Inversion
Yoga 2/3 is for experienced students.
This session is dedicated to the practice of the Inverted poses, Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Sirsasana & Sarvangasana (Handstand, Head and Shoulder stand).
Once developed the inverted poses work together on all the bodies systems to bring balance and strength physical, physiologically and mentally.
*This class is not suitable for beginners and we recommend a consistent practice.
REST
Time to rest & renew.
Derived from the teachings of BKS Iyengar, Restorative Yoga is a nurturing practice that aims to provide deep relaxation and healing through profound rest and rejuvenation.
Aiming for minimal movements, gentle, deliberate breathwork and use of props, Restorative Yoga is about the parasympathetic nervous system and promoting a state of calmness and deep rest. The practice is useful for people dealing with anxiety, exhaustion, adrenal fatigue, hormonal and menstrual challenges and recovery from illness and surgery.
No music, no mirrors, no extreme heat just comfort and a quiet space to learn about the mind, open the body and focus on the breath.
